Freyja Wild is a singer, composer, and dynamic performer whose music conjures a landscape of Celtic enchantment, heartfelt emotion, and world-inspired rhythm. Classically trained but unbound by genre, Freyja blends rock, jazz, Celtic folk, and avant-garde influences into a sound that is uniquely her own — lush, vibrant, and deeply evocative.
Now performing simply as “Freyja Wild,” her musical project is intentionally fluid and alive, centered around a core trio:

Pete Jacobs – bass
The music blends Celtic-inspired originals, Middle Eastern-tinged rhythms, atmospheric textures, and rich vocal harmonies, often woven with the sounds of the natural world. From intimate, soul-tending ballads to driving grooves that ignite the dance floor, each performance is a journey — immersive, uplifting, and alive with emotion.
Audiences are also treated to unique interpretations of feel-good favorites by artists such as Steve Winwood, Annie Lennox, Rush, and Primal Scream. Whether performed as a trio or with an expanded ensemble, Freyja Wild offers a moving and transformative musical experience that leaves listeners inspired and renewed.
Her musical influences include Loreena McKennitt, Kate Bush, Ann Wilson and the mystical rhythms from ancient world cultures.
